Mac Air battery comparable to original

The battery on my 7 year old Macbook Air is starting to swell. This is caused by a chemical reaction that occurs near the end of the lithium-ion battery's life. It's no longer safe to use it in this state because an expanding battery can damage sensitive components and is more likely to be punctured and cause a high-intensity fire. My MacBook has a history of overheating problems, which may be the cause of the battery drain.

Whatever the cause, an expanding battery needs to be removed and replaced. I initially planned to send my MacBook in for service. Instead of paying a hefty service fee, I decided to try removing and replacing a TECHOWL High Quality Battery.

Installing a new MacBook Air Battery Replacement is much easier than removing the old one. Pop out the back panel, slide in the new battery, and reconnect the battery connector. Easy peasy, lithium-ion squeeze.

The replacement battery is a TECHOWL brand model Mcabook air A1466 Battery with a capacity of 55Wh /7200mAh. this TECHOWL High Quality Battery is the same capacity as the original battery when it was new.

Relatively speaking, I don't expect to see a healthy looking battery swell. My other older laptops have had much larger capacity drops, but these batteries haven't swelled up. Spending so much effort to extend the life of a laptop should not be necessary. It should be designed to last.
